Shipping Policy
All items are packed and shipped through Canada Post with tracking. Packages ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Shipping in Canada is a flat rate price of 16$ CAD and internationally at 22$ CAD unless free shipping conditions are met.
Return Policy
If there are any problems with your order please reach out to us using the contact form within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution to the problem.
Custom orders and commissions are exempt from any returns or exchanges and information is further available in the signed contract.
Cancellation Policy
Any order may be cancelled before it is shipped however after shipment it is no longer possible from our end. Please contact us to discuss return of unopened orders.
